I am a natural history camera operator with a passion for capturing the wonders of the natural world. Born and raised in South Africa I gained years of experience as a game ranger and now as a natural history filmmaker.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working on multiple wildlife productions, both as an assistant, a behind the scenes shooter and as a camera operator. My goal has always been to document animal behavior and present it in an educational and captivating way, inspiring both current and future generations to appreciate and conserve the natural world.
In addition to wildlife documentaries, I have also explored the relationships between humans and nature. Through my work, I aim to highlight the importance of these connections for our own well-being as a species and for the diverse lifeforms we share this planet with.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I find joy and fulfillment in outdoor activities such as surfing, freediving, hiking, rock climbing, swimming, and scuba diving. These experiences further deepen my connection with the natural world.
The locations/countries I have experience filming in are:
South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Kenya, Tanzania, Somalia, Uganda, Republic of the Congo, Cameroon, Senegal, Madagascar, Chile, Argentina, Australia, Norway, Scotland (Shetland Islands) and Iceland.
The different environments I have experience filming in are:
My dual citizenship, holding both South African and Italian passports, along with the flexibility of my current Australian visa, allows me to navigate international projects with ease. With my wealth of experience, passion for nature, and dedication to creating impactful content, I am committed to delivering exceptional results in every project I undertake.
